Master of Arts

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Master of Arts Program is to train students to serve in local churches and other ministry settings.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. To accurately interpret the Bible in light of its historical-grammatical context.
  2. To communicate Biblical and theological truths through preaching, teaching, writing or in such other ways as may be appropriate.
  3. To accurately evaluate and minister to others and their personal circumstances.
  4. To demonstrate a general knowledge of the Bible in the application of Practical Biblical Ministry.

PRE-REQUISITE:

Bachelor of Arts Degree from an accredited institution or Zoe University with a minimum of 132 credit hours and a grade point average not less than 2.0.  Eighteen credit hours of pre-requisite courses are required, if the candidate did not receive previous degrees from Zoe University.
